Protection is the activity of protecting someone or something from danger. Chinese believe that there are four pleasant things in our lives; these are marriage, career, family, and health. I use my own traditional Chinese letters to represent what I want to become good fortune and that would protect me. On the inside I put vitamins or some health pills to represent the idea of a Contemporary amulet. Furthermore, I combine the ideas surrounding the old amulets and the thoughts about contemporary amulets to make a more powerful amulet that will protect me from the past and present things that we fear.
